อบรม HRDD (Human Rights Due Diligence)

บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนเชิญท่านเข้าฝึกอบรม HRDD (Human Rights Due Diligence) อบรมออนไลน์ ในวันศุกร์ที่ 10 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 9:00 - 1ุ6:30 น. ท่านละ 2,500 บาท (ไม่รวม VAT 7%) ซึ่งการอบรมครอบคลุมเนื้อหาความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักการสิทธิมนุษยชน (Human Rights) กระบวนการ Human Rights Due Diligence การระบุ ประเมิน จัดการความเสี่ยงด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน การเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการดำเนินงานด้าน HRDD อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อนำไปสู่การส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่เคารพสิทธิมนุษยชนและความยั่งยืน เนื่องจากปัจจุบันหลายประเทศโดยเฉพาะในสหภาพยุโรปและสหรัฐฯ ได้ออกกฎหมายบังคับให้องค์กรต้องทำ HRDD หากต้องการทำธุรกิจด้วย เช่น EU CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive กฎหมายที่บังคับให้บริษัทขนาดใหญ่ต้องตรวจสอบด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนอย่างรอบด้านตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain) หากไม่ทำอาจโดนค่าปรับมหาศาล หรือ UFLPA ของสหรัฐฯ ที่เน้นเรื่องแรงงานบังคับ หากองค์กรไม่มีหลักฐานการตรวจสอบสิทธิมนุษยชนอย่างรอบด้าน HRDD สินค้าอาจถูกกักกันที่ด่านศุลกากร ไม่สามารถนำเข้าไปได้ นอกจากนี้ประเทศไทยจะมีการประกาศใช้พระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการดำเนินธุรกิจที่มีความรับผิดชอบ (HRDD Law) ซึ่งจะบังคับใช้ต่อองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ต่อไปในอนาคต ดังนั้นการตรวจสอบสิทธิมนุษยชนอย่างรอบด้าน HRDD จึงเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญและจำเป็น สนใจติดต่อสอบถามเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ **** 065-1536559 Email: compliantconsulting@outlook.com **** ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ยังให้บริการการอบรมแบบ In-house training โดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนผู้เข้าอบรม
